After successful performances in KwaZulu Natal, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Mozambique, it is now time to treat the South Coast of Kzn to this music. He will perform with a trio featuring Freeman Gumede on bass guitar and Riley Giandhari on drums. Rotha is inherently a tribute to Mashiloane’s cherished and influential figures, experiences and memories, but most importantly a tribute to his mother Rotha who passed in 2016, while he was in studio to record Rotha. Rotha is an acoustic traditional jazz album that radiates South African heritage sounds and universal jazz influences.
